Refund and Returns Policy

• We will gladly accept any non-damaged, not significantly used perfume bottle with the original box within 30 days of purchase for a refund or an exchange.
• Please inform us about your return on Whatsapp at +923132234790.
• The customer needs to return the perfume via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post at his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• Individual bottles/perfumes from Packs cannot be returned. You need to return the complete pack to avail the refund.
• Sample Set is non-refundable.
• All perfumes to be returned with boxes, pouches, any other packaging material
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.
• All returns should be sent to Mystique, Office 202, First Floor, Building 87-C, Phase 2 Extension, DHA, Karachi.
